La Perla de Jávea
In 1953 Antonio Box next to his brothers Manuel and Pedro founded the Restaurant Box (Alicante). They made a kitchen of that nowadays we call Mediterranean, based on Rice, fish, meats and seafood that they provided themselves from the markets of Santa Pola and Calpe.
The 1 of January of 1984 Antonio and Loli opened the doors of La Perla and followed with the same tradition and culture of kitchen.
Their children Vicky, Alexander, Sergio and Sonia continued with the same line of kitchen, improving it day to day.
